Incredible breakfast buffet!

The room was nice and clean, and I loved the pool area for relaxing in the sun. The spa offered a great massage that really helped me unwind after a long day. While the breakfast options were a bit limited, it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The breakfast offered a fantastic array of fresh fruits, homemade pastries, and sweet breads that made mornings delightful. However, I faced significant issues with the room. the heating system was inadequate, leaving us cold, and the shower barely provided warm water. While the staff were accommodating, the overall experience was marred by the uncomfortable conditions in the room.

I had a King Room and it was pretty nice overall. The room was clean, which is always a plus. The AC worked just fine. However, it was a bit on the older side, and you could hear some noise from outside. But the comfy bed made up for it. Breakfast was a highlight too, so that added to the experience.

The hotel features elegant decor, and the lobby is spacious, making it easy to navigate. The staff were attentive, promptly helping me with my luggage and offering great dining suggestions nearby, which I appreciated during my stay.

More accessible seating areas for seniors would be beneficial.

Request a mini fridge for your room during check-in, especially for longer stays, as it's not automatic.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful swimming pool and easy access to various dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets and fresh juices. Plus, having the mall across the street was super convenient!

Room 505 could've used some TLC—cleaning was missed and Lucy at the front desk barely made eye contact during check-in. It's a shame the staff couldn’t get the online check-in right. I ended up wasting time redoing it at the desk.
